Rules, officiating and pot terms.
These are the rules the site actually enforces. Rank is decided by one number and nothing else can move it — not the entry price, not the billboard, not the operator. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Seasons
One season runs at a time, and every season is 7 days long. The countdown on the board is the season's end time.
At season end the board freezes, the winners are displayed, the pot is paid manually within 24 hours, and the operator opens the next season. On reset every listing is archived and all lanes reopen — an archived listing keeps its page and its history, but no longer competes.
Founder listings — lanes 1–20 of Season 1 — keep a permanent right to re-enter any future season at $29. Re-entry is a new lane, at a new lane number, with a new pull link.
Lanes and what entry buys
Up to 100 lanes per season. Your lane number is the order in which your payment was confirmed, and the price you pay depends only on that number:
- Lanes 1–20 — $29
- Lanes 21–40 — $49
- Lanes 41–60 — $79
- Lanes 61–80 — $129
- Lanes 81–100 — $199
Entry is one-time, per listing, per season. If all 100 lanes sell mid-season the operator may open up to 50 overflow lanes at a flat $249. That is a decision, not an automatic rollover.
The price you paid never affects your rank. A lane bought at $199 and a lane bought at $29 are worth exactly the same number of places on the board: none.
If the board fills between the moment you start checkout and the moment your payment is confirmed, no lane is assigned and the payment is refunded in full, automatically.
Rank
Rank is the count of verified pulls, highest first. Ties are broken in favour of the lower lane number — the entrant who claimed earlier.
Nothing else may ever modify rank. There is no admin override, no boost, no paid placement, and no editorial ordering. The only thing the operator can do to a lane's standing is remove pulls that broke rule 4 — see rule 6.
What counts as a verified pull (officiating)
Your pull link is outpulled.lol/r/your-slug. A visitor who arrives through it becomes a verified pull only when all of the following are true:
- They arrived through your pull link. The arrival is logged immediately as a raw click and the attribution is stored for 24 hours.
- They stayed on the board for at least 5 seconds. A bounce is not a pull.
- They passed an invisible Cloudflare Turnstile check. Missing, failed, or unsolved challenges leave the click raw.
- They have not already been counted for your lane on the same UTC calendar day. One visitor can count once per lane per day — refreshing does nothing.
- They are not a known bot. Requests from denylisted user agents are logged as raw clicks and never convert.
Raw clicks and verified pulls are both shown, always. The gap between them is the honest part of this product, and hiding it would defeat the point. Only verified pulls decide rank.
Every time boundary above — the daily uniqueness window, the 24-hour board figures, and the season's start and end — is measured in UTC.
The pot
The pot is 30% of every entry fee collected in the season, plus any sponsor top-ups, which enter the pot in full and are displayed with the sponsor's name. It is calculated live from the lanes actually sold — there is no separately announced figure to disagree with it.
It splits three ways:
- 1st — 60% of the pot, plus the next season's billboard slot free
- 2nd — 25%
- 3rd — 15%
Payout is manual and within 24 hours of season end. The operator pays each winner directly; the top three are reviewed by hand before any money moves (rule 6). Payment details are collected from winners after the season ends, using the contact email on the listing.
Fraud, voids and disqualification
This is a skill-based competition. Placement is decided entirely by an entrant's own effort in bringing real people to the board. There is no element of chance in ranking, and no purchase improves a placing.
Traffic that breaks rule 4 is removed. When a batch of pulls is voided, the void is published on the public activity feed with its count and reason — corrections happen in the open, not quietly.
The operator reviews the top three lanes by hand before payout and may disqualify any entrant whose pulls were obtained through automation, paid click traffic, incentivised clicking, or any other attempt to manufacture visits that are not genuine human interest. A disqualified entrant forfeits any prize; the lane below moves up. Voiding fraudulent pulls is the one and only way rank is ever adjusted by a human.
Voids remain possible after a season ends — that window is the review, and it closes when the payout is made.
Refunds
No refunds once your lane is live. Your lane goes live the moment payment is confirmed, which is also the moment your pull link, manage link and battle card exist. What you bought is the lane and the season it runs in, not a placing.
The single exception is ours to make, and it is automatic: if the board fills between checkout and payment confirmation, no lane is assigned and the payment is refunded in full.
The billboard
There is exactly one advertisement on this site: the labelled slot above the board, sold at a fixed $199 per 7-day season. Money buys that box. It can never touch the board below it, and no sponsorship or top-up affects any lane's rank.
Privacy and data
The only personal data this site stores about an entrant is the contact email given at checkout. It is used to send the lane confirmation and to reach winners. It is never shown on the board. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach this site.
For visitors, IP addresses are never stored. Verification uses a one-way salted hash of the IP address and user agent, which cannot be reversed into an address and is only ever compared against other hashes to enforce the one-pull-per-day rule. Raw click rows are deleted after 30 days.
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare's handling of the data Turnstile collects is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which supplements Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Changes to these rules
Rules may change between seasons. The rules in force for a season are the ones published on this page when that season opened; the date at the top of this page is when they last changed.
Not yet written — operator's own wording required
The rules above describe how the game works and are complete on that. The following are legal terms rather than game mechanics, and this site will not invent them. They must be written by the operator, with their own advice, before Season 1 pays out:
- Who the promoter is — the legal entity or individual running the contest, and a contact address.
- Eligibility — minimum age, and any countries or territories that cannot enter or be paid.
- Governing law and jurisdiction, and how a dispute about a result is settled.
- Prize payment mechanics — accepted payout methods, what happens if a winner cannot be reached or refuses payment, and who bears any transfer fees.
- Tax — who is responsible for declaring a prize.
- The full privacy notice — data controller identity, lawful basis, retention beyond the 30-day click window, and how an entrant requests deletion of their email.
- Liability and cancellation — what happens to entries and the pot if a season has to be cancelled.
